The hotel team knows that your pet is part of your family, and for this reason, we will offer the best for its residence at Ores Boutique Hotel.
Your pet is welcome to us if it is:
– Up to 3 kg.
– Over six months old.
– It has all the necessary vaccines and it’s dewormed. Please carry your pet’s
passport.
– It has established hygiene routines.
To provide you and our guests with a restful vacation, please comply with the following restrictions:
- Pets aren’t allowed in the hotel restaurants, the Wellness Center and the Children’s playground. Pet walking is allowed only outside the hotel. Their residence in the common areas is only by carrying in arms.
- Pets should not be left unattended.
- Any disturbance such as barking or yelping should be promptly discontinued in order to ensure other guests’ comfort.
Since your pet is also a guest of the hotel, please note that it will be charged 30.00 BGN per day for cleaning and disinfection. And we’ll provide comfortable bed and feeding and drinking bowls.
